Enchanted Potions, established in Chattanooga, Tennessee in 1998 selling to a local clientele entered the direct selling market in 2002 hoping to share fragrant, high quality affordable potions with the world. In just four short years our Distributor program and customer base has more than tripled in size with customers from around the globe enjoying our luxurious Bath and Body Products, Fragrant Air Fresheners and Beautiful Gift Collections.

Our research and production staff works hard to bring you the finest, freshest ingredients possible. Each order is custom designed for the customer at the time the order is placed. We won't sell items that have been sitting in a warehouse or on a shelf for months. We research our recipes thoroughly and test them on both family and staff members utilizing their input to bring you a terrific product. None of our products are ever tested on our four legged friends.

Turnaround Time: Orders are processed in the order they are received. However, because we hand make each order, smaller orders may ship sooner than a larger order placed before it. Under normal circumstances, orders generally ship approximately 10-14 Business days (excluding weekends and holidays). How orders are processed and shipped: Orders are processed and payments verified on the following business day it was placed.

Refunds: All Sales are Final, returns are not accepted. No cash refunds. Please contact us via email if you encounter a defective or damaged product. Such items will be replaced with a like product and shipped free or a store credit will be issued. We cannot replace items or issue a store credit for any product due to dislike of the product or the chosen scent.

Privacy: Enchanted Potions will always respect your privacy. Your email address and any personal information will only be used for processing your order and will never be sold or shared with an outside company

Shipping: All orders are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS Priority. Our shopping cart is set up to provide S&H charges at the time an order is placed. Occasionally, the shopping cart may under quote or over quote on these charges and these errors will be caught after the order ships and we finalize the invoice. We reserve the right to charge a customer's credit card for the additional amount due us and by the same token, we will credit a customer's credit card should S&H turn out to be less than the amount quoted by the shopping cart. By placing an order on our website you agree to these terms.

If you are in the Chattanooga area and have selected "Will Pick UP Order" please wait for an email from us that indicated your order is ready for pickup. Included in that email will be our pickup location, directions and acceptable pick-up times. Thank you.
